Terms of Use
Last updated:
By using this site you agree to the following. It is deliberately short — there is no account, no payment and no file storage, so most of what fills a normal terms page does not apply here.
What we provide
Breezo provides browser-based tools for converting and compressing image files. The tools execute on your device. We provide the code; your computer does the work.
The service is offered free of charge, with no account, no usage quota and no watermarking. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
Your responsibility for your files
You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to process them. Because the files never reach us, we have no ability to review, moderate, recover or restore anything.
Keep your originals. A conversion produces a new file; it does not modify or back up the one you started with, and we cannot help you recover a file you have overwritten.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Image processing depends on your browser, your device memory and the specific file you supply. Some conversions are lossy by nature and some large files will exceed what a given device can handle.
We do not warrant that output will be suitable for any particular purpose, that conversions will be error-free, or that the site will be continuously available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including loss of data, loss of image quality, or any consequential loss. Since the service is free and processes nothing on our infrastructure, this limitation is a reflection of the actual relationship rather than a disclaimer of responsibility we would otherwise bear.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to process material that is unlawful where you are, and do not attempt to disrupt the site or the people using it. Since processing happens on your own device, most conventional abuse of a web service is not technically possible here, but the expectation stands.
Advertising
This site is funded by advertising. Advertisements are supplied by third parties and their presence does not imply endorsement by us. Interactions with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
